Physical Products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a physical product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged during shipping. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team with your order details.
Refunds for returned physical products will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase once we have received and inspected the returned item. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Services
Due to the custom nature of our services, we cannot offer refunds once work has begun. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will make every effort to ensure you are happy with the final product. If you are not satisfied with the progress of the project, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address your concerns.
Cancellations
Orders for physical products can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided that they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, but they can be returned as per the policy above.
Orders for services can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided that work has not yet begun. Once work has begun, services cannot be cancelled. However, we will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with the final result.
Shipping Costs
For returned items, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any shipping costs paid will not be included in your refund.
