On the subscription, no - that is the honest trade for the price. The site is live for as long as the plan is. If owning it matters, the custom build packages start at $2,500 and are yours outright - and if you paid the setup fee, it counts toward that build.
What happens if I stop paying?
The site comes down at the end of your billing period. No penalties, no exit fees, and no pretending otherwise. Everything you built stays saved to your account if you come back.
Can you connect my own domain?
Yes - we connect it for you, hosting and SSL included, and set up business email on it with you. That is part of what the setup covers; on a self-built site we do it after your first payment.
Is the builder really free?
