A Website Out Front, an App in the Field
Brand, trilingual website & installable inspector app for an indoor air quality company

What they were facing
Clarity IAQ inspects and tests buildings for mold, asbestos, lead, water and bacteriological problems — independent testing, samples to an independent lab, no remediation arm. The business needed two different things at once: a public site that earns trust before the first phone call, and working software for the inspector himself — capturing findings inside buildings where there is often no signal, then turning them into a lab-backed report a homeowner can actually read.
How we solved it
We built both halves on one system. Out front: a complete brand and a website with a deep page for each of the six inspection services, written to answer the questions a worried building owner is actually asking — deliberately with no price list and no online booking, because every job is scoped in a conversation. The interface ships in English, Spanish and French. Behind the login: the inspector's own app — installable straight from the site as a PWA and also built as a signed native Android app — with speech-to-text capture for narrating findings hands-free, camera capture, and an offline data layer so a basement or crawlspace with no signal doesn't stop the inspection. Findings flow into a report pipeline: print-ready client reports with a choice of twenty document styles, estimates the customer can sign online, and a private tokenized progress page for every job.
